I’m a licensed mental health counselor and coach specializing in working with LGBTQ+, Poly, and kinky folks looking for a safe and informed space.

I graduated with my Master’s in Mental Health Counseling and found myself working in trauma, spending over 6 years working in domestic violence.

When I arrived here in the southeast, I took on a support group for LGBTQIA+ folks. With that came the realization of how few therapists we have that are providing informed, effective therapy when working with Queer, Kinky, or ethically non-monogamous folks. So- I started a private practice exclusively for my fellow Queerdos. As a member of the LGBT+, kinky, and poly communities myself, you’ll never have to educate or defend your identity with me.

Sarah is the tits. When she is not working, she enjoys outdoor sports (hiking, backpacking, and kayaking are some of her favorites), reading (YA lit and Stephen King in particular), and spending time with her family, husband, child and pets…they all keep her very busy!
